SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed from the Union of India, including all states and union territories will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order placement.

Orders placed from the U.S.A, the E.U, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, Singapore, Australia and China will be delivered within 5 to 12 business days from the date of order placement.

Orders placed from other countries / territories than the ones mentioned above will be delivered within 7 to 15 business days from the date of order placement.

The above mention timelines do not include time taken for custom clearances at port of disharge for territories outside the Union of India which are additional to the above mentioned timelines.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

Shipping within the Union of India will be carried out through DTDC Express Limited or via the Speed Post service of INDIA POST.

Shipping outside the Union of India will be carried out by DHL, ARAMEX or via EMS International.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, PO boxes, APO, FPO, and logistic services providers.

Return Policy

For products that are not liked after being recieved in person: Customers can request for return of a product or exchange of a product within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the product, through emailing us at info@josetfine.com or Whatsapping us at on +91 9149404996 with order details.

For products that might have been damaged in transit to shipping address: in such circumstances you must promptly contact us within 72 hours of order delivery as determined by the courier tracking service, on info@josetfine.com or Whatsapp on +91 9149404996 with details of the product and the damage. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund.
