Shipping hygiene measures

Our Kashmir warehouse is operational and we would like to inform that we have undertaken all necessary measures for our employees and our associates. 

With the objective of avoiding the spread of the Covid-19 infection, the shipping of orders and management of returns is being carried out with all relevant medical precautions.

Shipping costs & times

Domestic and international shipping is free on all products.

Delivery times are 3-5 working days for India and 5-9 working days for rest of the world. 

Our delivery partners are DTDC for India & DHL for international deliveries.

Return policy & process

Jos & fine will return or replace any product for which a return request is submitted within 7 days of the order delivery date. The order delivery date is the one as shown by the courier's tracking system. 

The return request must be sent via email to care@josetfine.com with the word "RETURN" mention in the email's subject line. In the email body, the order number and reason for return must be specified.

The customer must ship the order back to Jos & fine's Kashmir office, i.e. Kitroo House, Shivpora, Srinagar - 190001, India; within 3 days of raising a return request and also share a copy of the courier receipt/details with tracking number.

Please make sure that the security tag and all the hang tags have not been removed from the products you wish to return. Any packaging and accessory shipped in the original parcel must also be returned. The products must not show any signs of wear, for that they should not be used or altered in any way. The lack of one of the previously described requirements makes it impossible to accept the return request

Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality and Control department will check the product and if it conforms to the aforementioned conditions, a refund will be processed in 5 working days.
